What is CityServe Day?

CityServe Day is a no-strings-attached, city-wide day of service where “all are welcome to serve and be served.” The motivation is simple – when a city prospers, so do its people. As we serve schools, parks, local non-profit organizations, and neighborhoods, we are serving some of the most prominent needs in our city. This event is meant to simply be a starting place, inspiring the community to be engaged with needs in Colorado Springs year-round!

How do I find a project to sign up for?

You can find all current projects by visiting serve.cosiloveyou.com, choosing Friday or Saturday, filtering by Category and Type, then reading the details and registering for the project of your choice.

Can I sign up a group for a project?

We highly encourage all participants over the age of 18 to create their own accounts, e-sign the volunteer waiver, and register for projects individually. This way every participant will have the opportunity to receive our newsletter and see other volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Minors can be added under their parent/guardian's account.

How do I know if I am registered?

Go all the way through a project registration and click CONFIRM REGISTRATION. A window will pop up that says you are confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email (check spam if you don’t see it at first). If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact us.

How do I remove myself from a project?

Please contact us, and we will remove you from the project.

How can I be informed of future events/volunteer opportunities?

Simple, sign up for our monthly newsletter or follow COSILoveYou on social media.

What time do projects start?

Most Friday projects are 9:00-Noon or 1:00-4:00, and most Saturday projects are 9:00-Noon. Refer to your project confirmation email to see the time your project will begin (please arrive early and be ready to go).

What if I forgot my username and password?

No worries! Your username is usually the email address that you signed up with. To reset your password, you simply want to attempt to login as normal and click on the red Reset Password link. Feel free to contact us if that doesn't work.
